Description:

Key Features of Our SF6 Density Monitor

1.1 Simplified Gas Circuit Design

(1)Multi-port integration: The charging port, micro-water test port, calibration port, and gas shut-off valve port are combined into one for this SF6 gas density monitor.

(2)Reduced leakage risk: Minimizes potential leakage points by eliminating multiple connection points, greatly improving sealing reliability with low leakage performance for SF6 switchgear.

(3)Error-proof operation: Direct calibration of the SF6 gas density relay without extra gas circuit opening and closing steps, avoiding misoperation for RMU and GIS equipment.

1.2 High Sealing & Reliability

(1)Integrated welding construction: Fully automatic argon arc welding makes the SF6 density monitor solid and unified in structure.

(2)Helium mass spectrometer leak detection: All units pass strict helium leak testing, keeping leakage rate ≤ 1×10⁻⁸ mbar·l/s and maintaining long-term low leakage performance.

(3)Advanced sealing technology: Special seal design for dial glass and contact leads stops oxidation, prolongs service life, and keeps stable sealing and testing accuracy for high voltage SF6 equipment.

1.3 Wide Compatibility & Versatility

(1)Compact form factor: Small size design allows this SF6 gas density relay to fit most common SF6 electrical equipment.

(2)Extensive specification range: Over 40 standard types are available, matching most local and imported RMU, GIS and high voltage switchgear models.

(3)Customizable contact configuration: 1~3 pairs of contacts (up to 4 pairs optional), with NO and NC types optional, to fit different control system needs of power facilities.

1.4 Stable Performance & Safety

(1)High accuracy and compensation: Adopts high precision design with Class 1.0 accuracy at 20°C and Class 1.6 accuracy from -40°C to +65°C, offering stable temperature compensation for outdoor and indoor use.

(2)Vibration and shock resistance: This SF6 density monitor withstands 20 m/s² vibration and 50g impact, with good anti vibration ability for harsh industrial working environments.

(3)Integrated control and indication: Combines real-time SF6 pressure and density display with electric contact control, easy for daily operation and maintenance of high voltage power equipment.
