SF6 Gas Density Relay (Shock-Resistant Oil-Filled Type) achieves shock and impact resistance through silicone oil filling. Equipped with temperature compensation, it accurately monitors gas density within SF6 insulated equipment (displayed at standard pressure and 20°C).
Composition:
Consists of a pressure-sensing element, temperature compensation unit, transmission mechanism, magnetically assisted electrical contacts, oil-filled case (silicone oil), and terminal box. Some models incorporate an integrated intelligent monitoring module.

– All-stainless steel housing + silicone oil filling design for shock and impact resistance (20m/s² shock, 300m/s² impact resistance), waterproof and corrosion-resistant (IP65 protection rating);
Incorporates temperature compensation, ensuring readings remain unaffected by ambient temperature (standard pressure display at 20°C);
Multiple sets of electrical contacts (up to 3-4 sets) enable signal outputs such as alarms and interlocks;
