1. Insulation and Safety Features

• Vacuum casting with epoxy resin: The entire coil is cast and molded, providing high insulation strength, moisture-proof, dust-proof, and corrosion-proof properties.

• High fire resistance level: Flame-retardant and self-extinguishing, non-flammable, meeting the F1 level of fire resistance standards.

• Maintenance-free operation: Oil-free design, no risk of oil leakage, basically maintenance-free.

2. Structural and Process Characteristics

• Foil-type windings (Type B): The low-voltage windings are made by winding copper or aluminum foil. They have strong anti-short-circuit capability and good heat dissipation performance.

• High mechanical strength: The casting body has high mechanical strength and can withstand the impact of short-circuit electric force.

• Low temperature rise design: The heat dissipation structure is optimized, resulting in uniform temperature rise and long thermal life.
