1. Design & Customization Fee
If you need special design or OEM/ODM service, we charge a small fee for engineering consultation and customized drawings.
2. Sample Fee
You can order a sample to check quality or test compatibility.
The sample cost is low, and it can be refunded or deducted when you place a bulk order.
3. Manufacturing Cost
The cost depends on your selected product (such as Electric Operating Mechanism, Earthing Switch, or Switchgear) and order quantity.
All products are 100% factory‑tested before shipment.
4. Shipping Fee
This covers transportation from our factory in Shenzhen, China, to your country.
We cooperate with reliable carriers to provide air, sea, and land transport at competitive rates.
5. Other Fees
Small charges may apply for taxes or local customs handling.
Our team provides full shipping and clearance documents for your convenience.
6. Payment Terms
- 50% deposit before production
- 50% balance after production completion, shipment after full payment received.

Step 3: Loading & Customs
We load the finished products and handle all export and customs paperwork quickly and professionally.
Step 4: Shipping & Delivery
We arrange sea, air, or land transport according to your location.
Shipping usually takes 7–30 days, depending on your destination.
