Features:

DXN – Q1 is a forced-lockout indicator for indoor high-voltage live display devices. It enables non-contact live monitoring through electric field coupling, combining intuitive display, forced locking, and voltage verification/phase checking functions. Compatible with indoor high-voltage equipment rated 3.6kV to 40.5kV, it serves as a critical component for preventing operational errors in power systems.

Description:

Key Functionality

•  Power Indication: Three-phase (A, B, C) LED indicators correspond to the power status of each phase, illuminating when energized   and extinguishing when de-energized. The “Operation” indicator functions inversely, illuminating when de-energized to indicate safe   operation.

• Forced Lockout:  Outputs a lockout signal when energized, interlocking with electromagnetic locks to secure grounding switches, cabinet doors, etc. Unlocks only when de-energized, eliminating the possibility of misoperation.

• Self-test function:  Quickly verify the effectiveness of the indicator and interlock circuit via the self-test button to enhance operational reliability.

• Voltage and Phase Verification:  Certain models feature voltage/phase verification ports. When used with dedicated tools, they enable on-site voltage testing and phase verification.

Auxiliary Interlock: Can be integrated with electromagnetic locks, relays, and other devices to expand anti-misoperation control logic.
